They send you in a loop and you don't get to talk to anyone!) Have you received this message from the E*TRADE message center? Have you been told by one of E*TRADE‘s employees / brokers: * No one else is having trouble getting a hold of us on the phone. * No one else has complained about not being able to chat with us. * No one else has complained about getting a message that our Message Center is unavailable at this time. * No one else is complaining about our platform malfunctioning. * No one else is complaining about our website or app giving the wrong quotes. * No one else has complained about not being able to log in. * No one has complained about our phone lines being busy. * No one else is having problems, it must be your Internet connection.
If you have heard any of the above responses or something very similar from any E*TRADE employee / broker; you are not alone!
In my Opinion, THIS IS ORGANIZED CRIME under the RICO LAW! E*TRADE knows many of their customers are having issues with their platform and not being able to reach them. (I know the president of E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley know, because I informed them.) Some of the employees have admitted they are given a script to respond to your complaints. The goal is to make you think it is a problem on your computer or phone.
After seeing many other people having problems from being kicked off real time quotes and not knowing they were; The new platform software E*TRADE installed back around February 17th or 18th, 2020 was malfunctioning in many ways and kicked many people off real time quotes; who where already set up on real time quotes.
Have you LOST MONEY due to E*TRADE's platform malfunctioning, giving wrong quotes and not being able to communicate with them in a timely manner or any other problems?
Have your read their Customer Agreement. Not only do they not guarantee you will have access to online trading, they do not guarantee that you will be able to reach their customer service in a timely manner.
In my opinion you really need to be on the Stock Market Floor to hopefully complete your stock trades.
We need a few more people to join our Class Action Lawsuit Against E*Trade! I was previously a private investigator and when I see things that don't add up or are very unfair practices; I investigate! Many years ago my PI business was called "Eagle Eye Investigations". I have uncovered a lot of information and believe together as a group we will have a very good case. Please share your story and all of the issues you have had with E*TRADE!
FINRA could heavily fine E*Trade, but we the public who have been harmed; will not receive any of the fine money! FINRA keeps the money!
I wrote to President Trump when he was in office and received a response from the White House and the SEC. The White House Staff contacted the me and the SEC. The SEC then contacted me! I have continued to update President Trump on his website at https://www.45office.com/info/share-your-thoughts I plan on continuing to gather evidence to help our Class Action Lawsuit.
